1. Transition Appraisals, Inc. is different from most appraisal firms because the owner, Bruce
   Treadway, is certified with the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) and works with many
   other ISA Certified Appraisers - all with different specialties. ISA is the largest of the
   professional personal property appraisal associations in the United States. The ISA Core Course
   in Appraisal Studies, as with its other academic coursework, is regarded as the most
   comprehensive in the industry. ISA trained appraisers are leaders in appraisal methodology and
   ethics.
